What makes Terraluna Magic different?

Terra Luna = Earth Moon

Terraluna is composed of the two Latin words, Terra being a Portuguese word meaning Earth and Luna a name with beauty straight from the heavens,meaning 'The moon' in Spanish. The moon and Earth are linked in countless ways that influence life here: Astronomers, for example, tell us that without the moon’s stabilizing gravity, our planet would wobble erratically on its axis, creating climatic chaos. Other connections are less consequential and more reflective of our culture: moonshine, honeymoons and cows jumping over the moon. But the moon is connected to Earth’s biological life, too, in ways both literal and figurative, direct and indirect.

Terraluna Therapies bring together bodywork, traditional techniques, anatomy knowledge and spiritual healing to support the restoration of the body and being; to a state of wholeness.

Through our many global intensive trainings in Thailand, Costa Rica and now in the U.S.A.

We honor the roots of this work and make sure it's beneficial to all to its parent culture, its extended human family and the great Earth Mother.

In ancient culture, massage takes a more holistic approach, balancing the whole body all of its parts. Spiritual healing in this tradition can support embodiment, integration and the release of all manner of trauma.

The call for healing massage in today’s culture is a symbol of humanity returning to its source. A profound rebirth is in process, and the role of manual therapy is increasing in significance. An essential bridge is being rebuilt between human's mind, spirit and body allowing us to access and restore the integrity of the human body.

Terraluna is an evolution of what was formerly known as Therapeutic Massage.
